**My personality

I would describe myself as being hardworking and consistently setting goals for myself, as well as being friendly and confident to help students feel comfortable. I enjoy playing sports, Reading. I understand many children enjoy reading so I can relate about the books well with my students and can help them choosing best book which can help them improve their knowledge and they will also enjoy that.

**My experience

I am currently studying A-Level English Literature, Psychology and Business Studies at a Grammar School in Slough. I have received exceptional GCSE grades of all 8/9s ((A*/A**) and would love to help others do the same! I specialise in subjects such as Maths, English, Science and Business and also offer 11+ and SATS help.

**My format of lessons, teaching style and engagement with students

I conduct my lessons on a one to one basis, however if I am to conduct a group class, I would prefer to teach 11+, GCSE, KS1,2 or 3 classes.

I would say my teaching style is highly adaptable to each student. In my opinion, every student is different and learns in their own way so I like to get to know the student and what they find useful in a teacher. However, one thing I keep in common with each student is the practice - as evidently we are preparing them for exams! This helped my students achieve highly and pushed them to their maximum.I like to get to know my students on a personal level. This helps me engage with them as they are more likely to be comfortable to ask me questions and get things wrong. I often talk about my personal experiences which they may find relatable in order to reduce their anxieties.

**My success stories

I tend to try my best to turn a daunting academic task into a success story! Many of my students have started off with low/average grades and my intentions are to push them to their full potential to unlock the grades I am confident they can achieve!One of my students was stressed for an exam as they had not covered all the topics and didn’t know how to answer the exam style questions. I sectioned the lesson into parts; half for teaching methods and shortcuts and the other half practicing exam questions and looking through how to approach the questions. She passed the exam with flying colours!

Teaching Experience
I have been teaching for about 2 years in a variety of levels including 11+, SATS and GCSE, helping students unlock their full potential!
