My personality is a more mindful, creative, result-orientated, traditional, productive approach

**My experience

I started my teaching career 12 years ago, and currently I teach Functional Skills (English, Maths and ICT up to level 2) full time in Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham College. I like to help successful students to become successful adults. I am a qualified teacher and coach and rather flexible with lesson content and delivery, bringing fresh ideas to engage students at a good pace.

**My teaching style and engagement with students

I seek to provide the best learning experience as I strongly believe that every lesson should provide value. I work to identify learning needs and build around this with a range of resources. I am also proficient with suggesting revision techniques, aiding students with homework/coursework and can assist pupils with grasping 11+ content in manageable chunks. I Work to their strengths and focus on their weaknesses. I also help to develop expectations together and give praise where it’s deserved. Also by sharing information with them.

**My success stories

Many parents of children who I have tutored through Tutors4Berkshire would willingly provide a reference to say their child’s confidence has improved and more. One of my Tutees called Adam was a D grade but let’s see his results on GCSEs day.
